Trader profession assumes an extensive multitasking and one of the aspects is a use of up to ten financial applications simultaneously. These applications form a heterogeneous environment as they are based on different technology stacks, should interoperate and enable complex workflows across a few applications, have different quality requirements and misaligned release schedules. Within the presentation I explain a sample architecture of a next generation Trader desktop for the given tough requirements.
