In my report I will tell you the problems which we were faced with during the company’s rapid growth and how we decided to develop company’s staff. How we find new talents (and what is a talent for us) and why do we need it. We will also mention the topic of involving a large number of potential stakeholders in the staff’s developing and we will tell you why do we think it is important in the staff’s developing and retention issues. We will discuss what indices we collect while working with the staff and what we pay attention to.
