Speaking about principles of Agile, we always speak about self-orginizing, high motivated professionals. Team can make some efforts only with a line-up of this kind. It’s good if you’re into an interesting project with a team interested in any results. But what about long-term projects, the need to maintain old code, not always interesting tasks? How to keep team motivation on a proper level, to avoid professional burn-out and not to lose team commitment to continious development? I’m ready to share my experience of Agile-teams “reanimation” and making team happy.
